Full hydraulic converter outlet hole reaming drill is a special equipment developed by our company, which is suitable for 60 tons to 300 tons of large and medium-sized converter outlet hole drilling and sleeve brick replacement, combining with the actual working conditions of steel converter steelmaking and drawing on the same type of foreign advanced equipment.
1. Remote control

2. High performance impact rotary power head
Hydraulic motor rotation, providing a strong rotation power, rotation torque up to 10251N.m, while assisting hydraulic impact action, high reaming efficiency.
3. Lower set brick, horizontal translation device
After the reaming is completed, the horizontal cylinder pushes the parallel sliding frame to move horizontally, and the sleeve brick support is facing the steel outlet, and the oil cylinder pushes the sleeve brick support forward, and the new set brick is sent to the steel outlet quickly and accurately.
4. Cummins engine
The use of powerful Cummins engine, in line with Euro II emission standards, fuel saving, excellent economy.
5. Hydraulic system
The use of domestic and foreign well-known brands of excellent hydraulic components (such as: pumps, valves, motors, seals, etc.), stable performance, high efficiency.
